Following the 2-1embarassing lose to Norwich on Saturday, Everton management board were left with no option rather than showing Rafa Benitez a way out of the club. The former Liverpool coach joined Everton in June 2021and been in management for six and half months. 
Benitez found himself on the wrong foot when his tactics failed to impress for the Canaries. Everton had witnessed 9 defeats in 13 games, and they were just six points above the relegation zone.
The Canaries faithful were left furious, and they needed an immediate effect action to save the boat from sinking
Who should replace him?
There are many options to choose from and according to Sky Sports news Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard the two names in considerations. In the watch list are former united boss Ole Guner Solskjaer, Roberto Martinez, Brighton boss Graham Potter, Rudi Garcia, and Duncan Ferguson, but Everton have to wait until the end of the season to have their signatures.
