PSG Set To Miss Star Player On A Top–Of–The–Table Encounter With Lille

Marco Verratti is now set to miss PSG's top–of–the–table Ligue 1 with Lille today as the 28–year old have to isolate for the next 10 days, and cannot return to the squad until he posts a negative test for Covid–19 after that period.
This comes after the Italy international tested positive for Covid–19 for the second time this season. He was diagnosed with the illness on April 2 and will now be unavailable for selection also when PSG travel to Allianz Arena on April 7. Verratti will also miss next weekend's match against Strasbourg.
Despite his struggles with injury and Covid–19, over the course of the current campaign, he has still managed to feature in a total of 26 games across all competition laying on six assists helping PSG to compete for silverware on both domestic and European fronts once again.
