Kenya has won big in the women Marathon in Amsterdam as Tanui Angela and Chepkemoi Maureen becomes winners respectfully. Tanui Angela used 2.17.57 to win the race while Chepkemoi Maureen came second with a record of 2.20.18.It is an amazing win for Kenya especially after men finished well too. On the other hand, Elisha Rotich broke Ethiopian iconic record holder Kenenisa Bekele to win the Marathon some few minutes ago.
It seems Kenya is on the right track ahead of the new season as many athletes have been putting in great performances. For Tanui Angela, it is her personal record and will look to break it up in the coming season. Congratulations to them and feel free to air out your views on the comment box below.
