Arsenal cruised past Orlando City 3-1 at Exploria Stadium to claim their 4th successive pre-season victory. Arsenal opened their scores in the 5th minute through Gabriel Martinelli before Torres equalized for Orlamdo City in the 29th minute to force a 1-1 draw at haltime. Arsenal dominated ball possession and counter attacks in the second half with Eddie Nkeitah scoring 2nd goal in the 66th minute and Nelson scored 3rd goal in the 80th minute to seal a convincing 3-1 victory. After their 3-1 victory, Arsenal are focused on their final Two fixtures against against Chelsea on 23rd July and Sevilla on 30th July.
Chelsea were stunned 1-1 by Charlotte at regular time and lost 5-4 on penalties to register their first pre-season defeat in USA. Christian Pulisic scored the only Chelsea goal in the first half beford their defence slipped up in the second half to concede a clinical goal and forced into a 1-1 draw at regular time. After their poor result against Charlotte, Chelsea are now focused on their final two preseason fixtures again Arsenal at Camping World Stadium and Udinese on 29th July 2022.
