Was Paul Pogba really missed in the 2022 World cup?

Pogba plays as a central midfielder but he has the capabilities to play on 

the left flack, defensive role and also as box-to-box player.

In his football carrier he has been described as skillful and creative player.

He is know best for his long passes , breaking midfield and his creativity.

Before the world cup Paul Pogba returned to Juventus from Manchester United and he got knee injury and was not called for the world cup.

Tchoumeni and Rabiot were called to replace Pogba and kante but they couldn't fill Pogba shoe's.

Tchoumeni showed a world class defensive midfielder role and scored a goal against England. However he couldn't create the chances and making the long passes which Pogba is best at.

France lacked the midfielder who could hold and create chances for mbappe and Giroud. They had to use griezmann in the attacking role but he couldn't create the chances expected for a world class midfielder.

France managed to reach the Qatar 2022 world cup but they couldn't win it because of lacking creativity in the team. This is the reason why Pogba was really missed
