BRE vs MNU: Man United’s Strongest Lineups That Could Face Brentford This Midweek.

Manchester United will be looking to get a win on Wednesday night when they travel to Brentford Community Stadium to face Brentford.

The Red Devils are yet to win a Premier League game this year after being defeated by Wolverhampton Wanderers and drawing against Aston Villa. They will be looking to overcome a strong Brentford side who is 14th on the table.

With this in mind, Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick is expected to name a very strong line-up with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, and Jadon Sancho returning to the team.

Here is the expected Manchester United lineup vs Brentford;

Manchester United's first-choice goalkeeper David De Gea is expected to retain his place in the starting 11. The Spaniard has been a crucial player for Manchester United this season making some important saves for Manchester United.

Center backs;

Ralf Rangnick is expected to retain his center-back pairing of Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof. The two were used against Aston Villa and might start again on Wednesday.

Full backs;

Since arriving at Manchester United, Rangnick has preferred using Alex Telles over Luke Shaw and Diego Dalot over Wan Bissaka. Both Dalot and Telles are expected to start against Brentford on Wednesday.

Scott McTominay is expected to replace Nemanja Matic from the starting 11 and might play alongside Fred with Bruno Fernandes playing as an attacking midfielder.

Rangnick started Elanga and Greenwood against Aston Villa. He is expected to rest both on Wednesday with Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sacho replacing them.

The Manchester United attacker Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to start as the lone striker on Wednesday replacing Edison Cavani.
