The Football Federation of Kenya, also known as FKF, has taken a surprising step regarding Kenyan football by nullifying the leagues from the previous season. This action was taken through the National Executive Council. This information can be found in a statement that was just made available by the organization.
The information that has been supplied indicates that the 2021/2022 FKF Premier League, National Super League, women's premier League, Men's Division One and Women's Division One leagues will not be recognized, and as a result, they have been labeled as being null and invalid.
The message goes on to claim that the FKF Premier League, National Super League, and Women Premier League would not have promotion or relegation this season.
Both the FKF Men's Division One and the FKF Women's Division One leagues will not have relegation or promotion this season.
Despite this, the 2021/2022FKF Division Two, as well as the Regional and County leagues, will be recognized, and the decisions made by those leagues will be upheld. This means that the respective leagues will relegate and promote clubs.
