Harambee stars winger terminates his contract abroad

Bad news as harambee stars winger terminates his contract with Al Masry FC.

Kenyan international winger Cliff Nyakeya has terminated his contract with Egyptian outfits Al Masry FC. The Kenyan decided to end his contract untimely after warming the bench. 26year old Nyakeya has been in Egypt for two years since signing for the side.

Nyakeya is among the players who have been performing well for the national team Harambee. He was first included in the squad by the then coach, Francis Kimanzi before Ghost Mulee took over.

Nyakeya has scored more than five goals for the national side so far. His latest goal came against Mozambique in the Africa cup of nations qualifiers where Kenya lost 2.1 in Maputo.

He also combined well with Eric Johanna to assist Masoud Juma against Mozambique in Nairobi. A tie that saw Kenya equalizing after going down in the first few minutes of the game. Nyakeya has been a regular for the national team, his clubless situation will surely affect his form. Harambee stars will be affected especially in the striking department.

We wish him all the best ahead.
