We witnessed another level of football in english premier league as chelsea faced off totenham hotspur. The blues started the game in low pressure and they were to overcome the pressing Nuno boys. Chelsea were looking to be blunt and they lacked a certain quality in the first forty five minutes. The blues however managed to withstand the pressure untill the second half where thomas tuchel did his first change.
It was clear that chelsea lacked the services of Ngolo Kante who replaced struggling Mason mount. Chelsea game changed from that point when Kante joined jorgihno and kovacic in the mildfield. It was learnt that chelsea could perform better with the combination of Kante, jorgihno and kovacic. The three really dominated the mildfield with kovacic being allowed to attack mostly.
Tuchel is now a master class manager after his decision have been working well on him. Bringing on kepa in such a game showed how he believes in him and his capabilities from the training ground. Chelsea are now the toughest opponents that no team would want to face. Chelsea are able to use any position to earn them three points they don't have to rely on strikers. Alonso has proven he is undroppable as.he was very calm in that position.
