Chelsea are back in action as they prepare to compete for the Supercup. Their first game was against Peterborough which they thrashed 6-1. The Blues flew to Ireland and will stay at Dublin for two weeks before they return to London. Thorough training will be held during the preseason. Players who are on holiday are expected to join Tuchel in the camp at Ireland as they continue to regain fitness. The Blues will hold local friendly games with teams of Ireland.
After the two week pre-season, Chelsea will fly back home to Stamford Bridge to organize two major games. The first one will be against Arsenal football club. The second will be played with Tottenham. It will be a London Derby for the two matches.
A special event will happen during the game against Tottenham. The game will be played on 3rd August. Only Chelsea fans will be allowed to attend. During this day, The Uefa Champions League trophy will be showcased to the fans before the kick off. The Chelsea fans will have a chance to see the prize of the squad for last season after delivering in Porto. Tottenham will give an honor to Chelsea players during the showcasing as the Blues will run around the pitch to salute their fans. This is the event that will happen on that day.
