Red Star Belgrade and Gabonese, 30-year-old midfielder Guelor Kamba is in hot soup after the DRC football authorities claimed, with documents, that his mother died 36 years ago in 1985 months after he was born.
The federation claimed that he was born in Kinshasa, DRC, in October 1985. His real name is Kiaku Kiaku Kiangana adding that he has been playing for the Gabonese under falsified documents. While in Gabon, the documents claim that he was born on 1st September 1990 in Gabon.
Kanga, alongside Arsenal skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang helped Gabon qualify for next year's African Cup of Nations. They claimed four points from DRC in the two-legged tie. He has now made 46 caps for Gabon national team since making his debut nine years ago.
What do you think of DRC's claims about Kamba?
