Chelsea football club the UEFA Champions league holders won the UEFA Super cup last night, after the beating the UEFA Europa league winners Villarreal 6-5 on Penalties in Belfast, after the game went on a 1-1 draw with Gerrard Moreno canceling injured Hakim Ziyech's first half goal.
The Blues we're headed for a win before Moreno equalized to take the game to extra time. The two sides could not be separated in the extra time either and had to be settled in a penalty shootout.The Blues won on penalties with Chelsea's Germany Defender scoring the winning penalty.
However it was goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga who became the hero of the night after saving the last penalty kick of the game to hand the Blues the UEFA Super cup, on a night of the day the Blues faithfuls we're waiting for the return of Romelu Lukaku.
