Early Last Year, The world, Kenyans together with the Athletic fraternity were taken aback following the death of athlete Agnes Tirop.

While appearing before the High Court judge Reuben Nyakundi, the main suspect charged with killing athlete Agnes Tirop is set to know his fate come April 1st.
According to sources, though the prosecution filed an affidavit opposing the release of Ibrahim Rotich’s on bond, the court will hear his case and thereafter determine if he is in a position to receive the bond.
With the prosecution insisting that their is substantial evidence connecting Rotich to the murder, it also reiterated that his release might jeopardise their investigations and likely interfere with witnesses.
Rotich's Relatives are among the 10 Witness who would appear before the court and testify against him.
