I once again want to express my gratitude in the manner in which many Kenyans have joined hands to stand with the family of our national rugby legend Benjamin Ayimba. This is a good act worth appreciation.
I also personally want to thank the radio queen Caroll Radull for the sacrifice she made to reach Siaya deep in the village of our former national hero Conjestina Achieng' the name once on every Kenyan's lips especially the world Boxing lovers.
Then comes the AFC midfield maestro Martin Imbalambala. The man from Vihiga with whom, we would still be talking about in reference to Harambee Stars glory had it not been the eye vision plight that he is in at the moment.
For sure, it's time that we be fair to all our former sports personalities currently struggling. It's time that we stand with all of them.
To our leaders, before we give millions to only Ayimba, let us also remember that Conjestina's mum too requires to have a last laugh.
I applaud the kindness being shown to Ayimba and how I wish that this same kindness is extended to these other former heroes.
