Spanish youngster Pablo Martín Gavira on Thursday, September 15 renewed his contract with La Liga giants Barcelona.
Gavi marked an agreement that will keep him at the Spotify Camp Nou until June 30, 2026, with a buyout condition set at 1 billion euros.
Talking at the public interview to sign the agreement, Gavi cleared up his choice for stay at the club.
The 18-year-old is a result of the Barcelona La Masia institute and is glad to get his opportunity with the primary group at last.

He said, "I'm exceptionally content with the restoration, it's something I've envisioned about since I was nearly nothing. We have consistently realized that we needed to find true success here and today makes me exceptionally cheerful.
"I'm exceptionally cheerful. I generally needed to prevail at Barça. Experiencing childhood in La Masia is something remarkable, you need to encounter it. They help you to work and to be unassuming.
"Scoring objectives wearing this shirt before the best fans on the planet is a fantasy."

Gavi posed for pictures with his family and friends at the media event to celebrate his renewal.
The youngster also signed autographs for fans in attendance at the event.
