Following several days of speculations, Premier League giants, Manchester United have finally made an official £51million offer to Ajax Amsterdam for their star winger, Antony who is understood to be a top forward target for the Red Devils' new manager, Erik ten Hag.
According to the latest reports from reputable Goal reporter, James Robson, the Red half of Manchester are hoping to wrap up the transfer for the Brazilian international as they look to have him in place for the upcoming pre-season tour in Australia.
However, despite the official offer, the Red Devils are still expected to find it difficult to close an agreement with the Eredivise Champions who are believed to be holding out for a figure close to £68million.
Meanwhile, Antony is understood to be open to making a move to the Theatre of Dreams with him dreaming of plying his trade in the English Premier League and hence, he is said to be ready to pressurize Ajax into accepting the United offer.
