Club transportation has proved to be a challenge in african football with most clubs spending more club finances on team transportation. Most clubs miss far away matches hence lossing points due to absence.
TP Mazembe is one african club that has defied the challenges with the club's management moving a step further by purchasing a private jet to ease the club's movement to away matches.
TP Mazembe is a based in Lubumbashi, DRC. It is currently the most successful club in DRC having most number of local and international title as well. TP Mazembr are five time Champions of the CAF Champions League.
One plane is set aside for the team's staff with the other being for the player's and coaching staff. The club management say this has reduced transportation difficulties and the club can travel easily and safely.
The private jet is painted in the club's theme colours with the club's logo embedded at the tail of the plane.
