World Celebrated Boxer, Manny Pacquiao who is a senator in the Philippines has officially declared his interest to succeed the current president Duterte that the consideration does not allow to to vie for a second term in their 6 year one term presidential terms.
Pacquiao who fell out with the president has openly criticized the government over corruption.
Speaking during a live Senate proceeding, Pacquiao revealed his intention for the highest seat while mentioning that and I quote
" IAM fighter and will always be a fighter inside and outside the ring"
The 42 year old and world champion in boxing will have to face Christopher Bong Go,who is a long serving aide to the current president.
In the arrangement,Duterte will be the Vice president which some people see as his plan to remain in power.
Pacquiao has also warned those involved in Corruption in the country that their time was over.
