Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has today reacted on Balloon d'Or nominees as Chelsea lead in the list with five players nominated. Balloon d'Or is a prestigious individual award to the best footballer in the world of football. The nominees for the prestigious award were revealed on Friday afternoon, which sees Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Romelu Lukaku and Mason Mount all included on the list.
According to Chelsea manager, he is backing up one of Chelsea player to win Balloon d'Or as this will create confidence and an achievement in the club. However, he went ahead to reveal that even if they miss the chance, Balloon d'Or is not the most important thing in football as much is there to be done and achieve.
'Am happy of the five boys. I back one of them to be announced the winner. However, if they all miss the opportunity to be announced the winner, they shouldn't hesitate to work hard again. Balloon d'Or is not the most important thing in the world of football. More individual titles are there to be won'
