Paul Pogba Sends A Message To Jesse Lingard Over The Tuesday Match

14th day of September, 2021 night It was a sad Tuesday for Manchester United. Manchester United lost their first match in the 2021/2022 UEFA champions league to Young Boys. Manchester United had one goal while Young Boys had two goals.

Most of the players expressed how they felt over the results. The most sad expression was that from Lingard. Jesse Lingard through his Instagram account posted his photo while at the pitch during the Manchester United versus Young Boys match. In the photo he wrote a caption which expressed his feeling s over the match.

Lingard wrote " last night hurts. Every time I pulled on the United shirt, I hope people understand what it means to me. I always go out wanting to do for the club, the team and especially the fans. I am upset for the defeat on my part. I never wanted to lose any match but mistakes happens in football and know we pull together. We will all pick ourselves up and wait for Sunday. Not the time to throw him under the bus, know is the time to pick ourselves and kick West Ham"

In this message it was seen clearly that Lingard was responding to the insults from the fans. This was for his mistake of losing and giving the ball to the Young Boys player at the 90 + 4 minutes which led Young Boys score their second goal.

Manchester United players and more specifically, Paul Pogba come in and replied to Lingard's post. Pogba encouraged Lingard. He said "the true measure of success it's how Manny times you can bounce from failure. We strong bro". This was to cut the insults that Lingard was receiving on social media.

It is not the first time that a player is being trolled after he poorly perform. However, as fans it is advised that we should stop trolling players in whichever way, because you may never know how much depression he undergoes.
