Bamidele Jermaine Alli, born on 11th April 1996 in Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire England to a Nigerian father Kehinde Kenny Alli who was a business man and a British mother Denise Alli who was a house wife. Alli's love for the game of football began as soon as he could walk at the age of 1.
Dele's parents didn't take much interest in the talent in their son due to their marital issues which led to their divorce. Dele's father returned to Nigeria which led to temporary forfeit of of his football dreams.
Dele once visited his dad in Nigeria where he came to learn he was a prince of a famous clan of the Yoruba tribe. While at Lagos he attended an international school that had an annual fee of £20,000. He loved Nigerians as they were interactive and was very sad when they relocated to Texas, USA forcing his dad to take him to UK to pursue his dream.
Denise battled alcoholism and had to give Dele away to help him fulfil his dream. This action has led to the split between Alli and his family as he considers they neglected him when he needed them most. At one time Denise said Alli ignored her and walked to his car and drove off.
