The Harambee Stars provisional so for the upcoming qualifier matches against Uganda and Rwanda have just been announced However there are some notable big names that have been left out to the amazement of many football fans.In the goalkeeping department, Origi who played in the AFCON qualifier matches has been dropped and former goalkeeper Patrick Matasi is still not able to make the cut here.
The defense has one big name such as Joash Onyango alias "Berlin Wall" who has been left out. The reason for his seclusion is not yet known since he is one of the rocks in the Kenya defense.Teddy Akumu of Zambia is also not included in the line up despite playing well last time against Egypt.
In the midfield, captain Victor Mugubi Wanyama is still a no show. The reasons for his exclusion also is still unknown.Because this is just a provisional line up maybe there will be changes later in.
The forward looks balanced, save for someone like John Makwatta who is missing from the provisional squad. We will wait and update you if the reasons for their exclusion is revealed.
