Kenyan golden boy on top of his game in Sweden as he guides his team to a perfect 2-1 win

Erick Johanna Omondi was back in the thick of things with Jonkopings after an impressive performance with the Harambee Stars, where he helped Kenya earn two crucial points from their two world cup qualifiers against Uganda and Rwanda. He was impressing with Jonkopings in the Swedish Superreten league.Although he did not find the back of the net to add to his 5 goals this season, in this weekend's game, Johanna managed 72 minutes of his side's 2-1 hammering of Falkenbergs. Jonkopings' goals were scored by Fendrich in the 12th minute, before Book R doubled the lead in the 39th minute on a Barny assist. Aguda equalised for Falkenberg in the 81st minute, but Jonkopings were able to hold on for the win. Johanna's Jonkopings are now 6th, 6 points behind league leaders Varnamo, who Jonkopings face next on the 16th of September.
