Participating in the world cup is a dream come true for any player but also the same for fans who get to watch the best players go against one another.The 2022 world cup in Qatar will however be the last for these legends of the game due to their age.At 36 years old,Portugal's Christiano Ronaldo will be 37 next year and this will be his last world cup tournament considering he will be 41 before the next one in 2026.Spain's Sergio Ramos will also be playing his last world cup next year as he is 35 years old and past his prime.Having played in three different world cups and leading his country to the finals in 2018,Croatia's Luka Modric will play his last and fourth next year.Sweden's 39 year old striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is also part of the group that will be playing their last international tournament next year.Last but not least is Argentina's Lionel Messi who will be hoping he finally wins it before he retires from football.
