PSG will be playing only for fur and I expect to see many reserves in their quad. On the other side Club Brugge need of at least a point to have a chance to finish on the third place. Club Brugge scored 2 goals in Leipzig and 1 goals in Manchester and I think they know what to do to score today again.
2. Rotherham v Gillingham
Rotherham had a tough match just a few days ago and will have a few tired legs in the squad. There wont ba a better time for Gillingham to play them and even though the Gills are in poor form I am still hopeful they can score a goal. If they do then they have a sound defense that rarely concede more than 1.
3. RB Leipzig v Man City
Manchester City may progress to the final stages just like past season. The team currently lacks main striker but everyone does his best to see the team win each game. Manchester City is now the top spot of the English Premier League after encountering some difficulties in the start of the season.
One of the best teams in Europe at the moment. Won previous 7 games in a row. Manchester were so full of energy at the 1st Leg of the group game against Leipzig. A win for Leipzig will still keep them at their position on the standing should Brugge fail to fight against PSG. It was easy for Manchester with 6-3 victory at Etihad. My pick will still be in favor of the guests. Leipzig failed to deliver with a poor stand of W2L3 in past 5 games in the Bundesliga and the UCL. I will pick Manchester City to win confidently.
4. Borussia Dortmund v Besiktas
Besiktas are in poor form, Covid restrictions may mean a lower capacity stadium, Dortmund are set to finish 3rd & this game is a dead rubber. Dortmund are coming off a loss at home to Bayern Munich in Der Klassiker. Besiktas have slipped to 9th in the table but halted a poor run with a draw in their domestic league, admittedly against the side ranked 19th/20. They may not have the quality, but in the cavernous home stadium, against an unmotivated side, possibly with a much changed line up, they may end up getting a result here out of pride.
5. Sunderland v Morecambe
Sunderland have been inconsistent at home recently winning one of their last 3 and a draw last time out. They should get back to winning ways at home against a Morecambe side that although won their last away game it was against a relegation threatened team. Sunderland have only conceded 5 goals at home while Morecambe have one of the worst defensive records away from home.
6. Ajax vs Sporting
I tip on a spectacular match in the duel in Amsterdam. The tour match ended with 6 changes to the table, when Ajax won 5-1. Sporting Lisbon has reached 12 consecutive victories in all competitions, and the offensive phase looks very good. In fact, the spearmen are undefeated in the previous 10 official matches.
7. AC Milan v Liverpool
AC Milan has won 1 drawn 1 and lost 3 of their 5 Grou be games played, and sit 3rd in the group with 4 points, winning their last group game played 0-1 away against Atletico Madrid. Liverpool has won all 5 of their 5 group game played, and sit top of group B with 15 points winning their last group game played 2-0 at home against Porto. Liverpool has already beaten A C Milan 3-2 at home in this group and has won the last 3 meetings. Liverpool is well clear at the top of this group, AC Milan needs to win to stay in the competition. I am taking Liverpool to win this match tonight.
8. Real Madrid v Inter Milan
Why under 2.5? There last two head to head encounters ended with little goals. And looking attge guest out of their four matches only once their game ended over 2,5. Real Madrid last two matches were under 2.5.
9. Wycombe v Burton Albion
Burton can get something out of this game and will be happy with a point against Wycombe who are doing well but wont find this easy.
10. Shakhtar Donetsk v Sheriff Tiraspol
Shakhtar should get this one in front of an home crowd and this should be them some encouragement after a dismal season.
11. Cheltenham v Cambridge United
Cheltenham Town are unbeaten in their last 4 home games in League One, winning 3 of those 4 games. Cambridge United have failed to win any of their last 4 away games in League One, losing 3 of those 4 games. Cheltenham Town look likely winners here.
12. Mansfield v Carlisle
Mansfield Town are in good form and have won 4 of their last 5 games in League Two. They look a solid enough bet here against a Carlisle United side that have won only once from their last 13 in League Two.
