
Crystal Palace entertained rivals Newcastle United at Selhurst Park in a tightly contested Premier League Match. Crystal Palace came to 2nd half more aware and launched vital counter attacks but Newcastle United Goalkeeper Nick Pope remained solid to keep his 10th Clean sheet this season. Palace brought on Olise, Hughes, Mateta and Clyne as substitutes for Eze, Schupp, Zaha and Ward while Alexander Isak and Allan Saint Maximin were brought on by Newcastle United for Callum Wilson and Willock but could not scored. Following the 0-0 draw, Newcastle United overtook 4th placed Man United to position 3 in the EPL table with 39 points while Crystal Palace moved to position 12 with 24 points.
