Well, Ramires is one of the names which can never be forgotten at Stamford Bridge. The Brazilian midfielder was one of the best during his prime days at Chelsea. Ramires played as a central midfielder or a box-to-box midfielder during his days with the Blues. Ramires spent six years with Chelsea where he ended up winning several trophies including the UEFA Champions League.
However, many football fans forgot about Ramires after he left Chelsea in 2016. The Brazilian international joined Chinese club, Jiangsu Suning where he spent three years. His form had depreciated and he was not the midfield maestro everyone knew at Chelsea. He only made 49 appearances for the Chinese club before returning to his home country where he joined Palmeiras.
Ramires signed a four year contract with Palmeiras but things didn't go as expected. Ramires and the club parted ways in November 2020 by mutual consent. Ramires is currently a free agent since no reports have emerged that he has joined any club. However, he will always be remembered as one of the best midfielders to ever play for Chelsea.
