The bizarre reason behind Arsenal's defender Ben White exit from England squad in Qatar revealed.

Arsenal's young defender Ben White left England's world cup squad early, without featuring in any of Three Lions 3 group stage fixtures. The 25 year old left the camp on November 30 ‘owing to personal reasons’,the English Football Association (FA) said in a statement. He will not return to Qatar, and Southgate did not call up a replacement leaving him a man down.

As claimed by the Football Tweet on their official Twitter post,White's exit from World Cup squad midway through the tournament was reportedly due to a bust up with Southgate's assistant manager Steve Holland,a new report in the Daily Star. According to the newspaper, White was unhappy at England's training base (Al Wakrah),and he didn't gel with his teammates.

Holland, the former Chelsea's academy boss and White were involved in a heated exchange of words, after the defender turned up for a meeting ahead of the fixture against USA,without knowing data about his Personal statistics. A mutual decision was made to allow him return home, having played no part in any of England's fixtures at that point, which have also put his future National team call up into jeopardy.
