The Only First 2 Clubs To Qualify To The UEFA Champions League Round of 16

Manchester City is one of the only first two clubs to qualify to the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw after drawing 0-0 against Copenhagen at Denmark. Man City thought they had opener through Rodri but the goal was ruled offside before Maharez missed a penalty and Gomez was shown a red card to reduce the visitors to 10 men. Following the 0-0 draw; Man City qualified to the UCL Round of 16 with 10 points at the top of Group G table after Dortmund held 3rd placed Sevilla to a 1-1 draw.

Real Madrid is the second team to qualify to the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 with 10 points after drawing 1-1 against Shakhtar Donestk. Antonio Rudiger scored stoppage time equaliser for the Los Blancos to seal a 1-1 draw and a vital point for the UCL defending Champions. Following the 1-1 draw; Real Madrid climbed up to the top if UCL Group F table with 10 points while RB Leipzig won 2-0 against Celtic.
