The UEFA champions league round-off of sixteen draws has been done today. To the surprise of many, two fixtures have got football fans and pundits talking.
This is the clash between Liverpool and Real Madrid and also Bayern Munich against Paris Saint Germain. The sides have been finalists in the competition a few years ago with the clash between Madrid and Liverpool being last season.
As fans continue giving their thoughts on the round-off sixteen draws, UEFA Europa League knockout fixtures have also left much talking. This is after FC Barcelona was drawn against Manchester United. The two clubs have a huge record in European football and a clash between them is undoubtedly one not to miss.
Barcelona's manager, Xavi Hernandez has reacted to the draw pointing out Cristiano Ronaldo's threat in the fixture. According to him, the Portuguese have shown that he is one of the best players in the world. He has went on to state that Manchester United's striker can make a difference.
