Thomas Tuchel has coached top clubs like Chelsea, PSG and Borussia Dortmund. In these three teams, he has tasted success. Tuchel has been in the Champions League final in two consecutive seasons, becoming the runners-up at PSG and eventually the UCL title at Chelsea.

When asked about the most talented player that he has ever, coached, Tuchel automatically picked Dembélé. His answer may vary depending on the club but is clear that Dembele comes to his mind first.
The German coach nurtured him, including Pulisic, into world-class wingers. It is interesting to see the Tuchel pick him, but we can't argue on his opinion because he has worked with several players, and he has seen something different in him. 
Despite the injuries, Dembélé's performance on the pitch can justify that. He has everything, be it pace, composure, dribbling skills or technical abilities. 
However, his dribbling, crossing and composure stands outs. They are the key attributes that has contributed a lot to his creativity on the pitch and this is the reason why Tuchel would love to have himat Stamford Bridge.
