Joyciline Jepkosgei celebrates winning the elite women's race in the London Marathon
After a a thrilling women's London Marathon on Sunday that saw Joyciline Jepkosgei winning women's London Marathon on Sunday in two hours, 17 minutes and 43 seconds, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen couldn't hide the excitement of having a photo session with Jepkosgei as they landed back the country today.
Jepkosgei together with Women's Marathon World record holder Bridgid Kosgei who did not performed well in the race and finished outside the podium places.

Taking to his Social media accounts the senator he was delighted that the Marathoners accepted to take a photo with him who described himself as one of the many fans.
“Pleasure to meet Marathon World record holder Bridgid Kosgei and the 2021 London Marathon winner Joyciline Jepkosgei. I am glad they accepted a photo moment with one of their millions of fans. I will cherish the memories. God bless you”, Said Murkomen.
