Arsenal loanee Midfielder Guendozi has finally made clarification on his future despite the rumoured speculations linking him with a permanent move away from the club, due to restricted playing time under the reign of Mikel Arteta.Guendozi was a regular starter with the Gunners under the previous coach Unai Emery, but made a negligible appearance under Arteta since he was looking for a temporary move.
The French Midfielder is currently spending the 2020/21 season at Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin, where he has made 19 appearances,and he is putting an attractive performance, which has led to questions whether there are any chances that he will play at the Emirates Stadium come next,or not.
Replying to France Football he said:
"No, not at all. I am focused on my season at Hertha Berlin. The,we will make a point with my agent and the people of the club to sit down and discuss the future. I am still an Arsenal player.
"This summer will be a decisive moment. Could I come back to the club with Mikel Arteta on the bench as coach? Yes of course,I will be with Arsenal for another year."
