Opinion: Why Ole Gunnar Might Leave Manchester this Season

Having played for United and won a number of titles with the team, Ole Gunnar was given the mandate to coach United where by his tactics have led the Red Devils not to compete effectively and win trophies as it was in the past. Last summer United struggled a lot to win title by their strengths didn't yield good results as some of the small teams managed to out way them and win titles.

Ole Gunnar has been in hard times as the coach for United where by he has got a number of good players but their coordination has been the problem. Having good forwards and strikers, Ole Gunnar should have selected his best men to start as forwards so as to ensure that the team display a good game that will lead them to victory. Having difficulties in making his first eleven to be focused and concrete might lead to his sack by the management.

Having interest in some key players who frequently make mistakes that lead the team to problem is another challenge that Ole Gunnar is portrayed to have. Fred has been featuring for Man U since the start of the season who has been as the key player at the midfield but he has been making some of the mistakes that put his team in danger. Ole should always have a better substitute of a player who should replace him immediately he makes some continuos mistakes. For instance he has Scott Mctominay who can replace Fred because of how he usually displays a wonderful game.

Being disqualified from Carabao cup is another sign that Ole Gunnar is edging to his exist at United. This has portrayed that the team is not well competing with others in winning many titles this season.

Having mentioned a few of the reason why Ole Gunnar might be sacked, him as the coach should look at his weaknesses and try to improve and ensure that Manchester United becomes more dangerous and focused team.
