Manchester City are after two major trophies this coming season. The big task for manager Pep Guardiola is to land the Premier League title and UCL title after failing to do so in the last three seasons amid being with quality to do so.
And the Spaniard boss has revealed a player who could help the Citizens in claiming this season UCL title and finish in a better position on the Premier League table.
According to Guardiola, new signing from Leeds United Kalvin Philips is a player with confidence who can play and he is ready everytime that will help City in the coming season. Guardiola says Philips qualities will be needed more in the coming tough competition where everyone want to challenge for PL.
Guardiola added that Philips will cope well to his squad as the team has players who are used to the style and easy to accommodate new comers.
Manchester City signed Philips as Fernandinho replacement who left the club after running out of contract. The Etihad club also landed Haaland and Alvarez as they aim big results in the coming season.
And ours is to wait and see what happens in the coming season as we wait to see what the new faces has for the supporters.
