Manchester United fans could be set for exciting times ahead with the club reportedly looking to strike three blockbuster deals in the coming summer transfer window in bid to have a relatively competitive squad for next season.
According to reports from the Daily Star (as per Daily and Sunday Express), the Red Devils are keeping an eye on Borussia Dortmund duo Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho as well as Real Madrid star defender Raphael Varane and that Ed Woodward is willing to sanction the deals to back up Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
As earlier revealed by several sources, the Red Devils are priotizing on signing a new center back and a striker in the summer with the right wing position also viewed as an area that needs reinforcement. Hence, Solskjaer sees Haaland, Varane and Sancho as the potential ideal signings.
However, the Premier League giants will have to fight off competitions from top rivals for Erling Haaland with the Norwegian a target of several clubs including Manchester City, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Liverpool. Meanwhile, Sancho and Varane could prove easier targets with their clubs willing to sanction their sales at a relatively lower fee.
