Cristiano Ronaldo is labelled as one of the most successful footballers to have ever graced European football having dominated in different leagues for a very long time. Despite been 36-years Cristiano continues to break many records on the pitch and furthermore he has managed to keep fit and this enables him to play a full 90 mins as opposed to his age mates most of whom have retired from professional football.[Photo courtesy]

His fitness is a key element in his success and unlike some footballers, Cristiano has a very strict routine from his meal, to his sleeping patterns and to his training. Cristiano apparently eats every 3 to 4 hours (6 times a day) only in small portions, he mainly eats cereals, fruits, salad, fish and chicken breasts. When it comes to drinks he only drinks water and he never takes sodas, energy drinks or alcoholic drinks. In addition, you will never find Cristiano eating red meat or frozen food and he spends hours in the gym.
