Arsenal is keen to launch a late shock signing this window after facing a series of setbacks in this transfer saga. Every fan is keen to see who the club will add in the middle of the park as Thomas Partey's sidekick.
Arteta has always wanted 21 year old Brighton Central midfielder, Moises Caicedo. The club have made several attempt which have all been snubbed. However if reports from Ecuador is to be fully trusted together with previous deals between the Seagulls and Arsenal as booust, the North Londoners are finally sactioning a deal with Brighton behind doors.
As per claims by Teradeportes on twitter, the only complicated part of the deal is whether the premier league leaders are going to pay £80M valuation. Other agreements are already in place with personal terms considered as good as done since Caicedo wants a move to Emirates desperately.
What can you say about Caicedo, do you think he can step up for Partey?
