Manchester United faced Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday. The Red Devils have been struggling in the premier league despite having big names like Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ole Gunnar Solksjaer started with David Degea as his goalkeeper. Bissaka and Luke Shaw played as the full backs with Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof playing as the centre backs. Raphael Varane missed out due to an injury he sustained while playing for France.
Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic played in the midfield. Sancho, Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes played just behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
Manchester United struggled with their style of play. Greenwood opened the scoring for Manchester United. However, Youri Tielemans equalised after Harry Maguire made an error. Soyuncu later doubled the lead for Leicester City.
Manchester United were lucky after Rashford scored the second goal for United in the dying minutes. However, Vardy scored the third goal for Leicester City.
