Raphael Varane is a new Manchester United player. This was after both clubs, Real Madrid and The Red Devils agreed on a transfer fee of €34m for the France international. Varane is already in Carrington training centre and reports have it that he has already passed his medical test. Some rumoured sources indicate that he has even started training with the rest of the United squad.
But what is really delaying his official unveiling as a United player? The Manchester United fans have been waiting for almost two weeks to see him officially in that kit. According to a Twitter post from United's favourite fan account Utdreport, the delay in Raphael Varane's Mufc unveiling is due to image rights. The report further stated that this issue will be resolved soon and it will not be a threat to the deal.
If everything goes well, he will be unveiled later on today, on Friday 13 and his jersey number yet to be revealed.
