BREAKING: Premier League Club Announces Manager's Impending Exit

English Premier League side Crystal Palace have announced the impending exit of their head coach Roy Hodgson with the 73 year old set to leave the club at the end of the current campaign after a four year spell at the Selhurst Park Stadium.

Confirming the surprising decision from their manager, top of the official statement from the Eagles read: "Roy Hodgson will leave his role as manager of Crystal Palace FC at the end of the season. Hodgson's final match in charge of the Eagles will be at Anfield against Liverpool on Sunday, his 162nd competitive match in the Palace dugout."

Roy Hodgson was appointed the head coach of Crystal Palace back in September 2017 and he has since then proved to be a huge hit at the Selhurst Park Stadium, with him overseeing the development of the club and ensuring they become one of the most established sides in the league.

Meanwhile, according to several reports, former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard could take over at the club with the Crystal Palace top brass said to be seriously considering him as their next potential head coach.
