Ayub Timbe ends the season in Thailand after having a good run of games coupled with a trophy.

Good evening and welcome to my daily sports updates.Tap on the follow link on the top right corner if you haven't done so to receive more news.Welcome.

Harambee Stars winger Ayub Timbe Masika ended his season in Thailand against Suphanburi in a match that saw the side lose 2.1.Buriram FC had already won the league title and the match was not important for them.Timbe will now be featuring in the Asian champions league next season with his side Buriram FC. According to sports journalist Jeff Kinyanjui, Buriram won the league some weeks ago and the game was a sort of a dead rubber between the two sides. Timbe's recent form has seen fans feel like he is ready to feature for the national team Harambee Stars once again. The winger was left out of the squad during the World Cup qualifiers where Kenya finished third behind Uganda and Mali,

Ahead of the Afcon qualifiers, Timbe could be a better option alongside Michael Olunga who was isolated during the World Cup qualifiers. Timbe is good at dribbling as well as speed. His quality could improve Olunga's instincts since the winger could carry most of the balls into the oponent box. However, all will depend on the incoming tactician set to be appointed in the coming weeks. With the caretaker committee out ,FKF could take charge of the assignments including hiring a national team coach as well as organising matches for the team. Do you think Timbe is ready to make a come back into the national team? All eyes are on him and the team.We wish him all the best ahead.
