Four Gold medals that Kenya is dying to win before 2021 Tokyo Olympics comes to an end

Since the Tokyo Olympics started a week a go Kenya has performed well, only bagging two Gold medals, two silvers and two bronze medals.

Emmanuel korir was the first athlete to win Kenya the first gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2021, clocking 1:45.06 in 800m final with Ferguson Rotich taking silver. The 27-year old has set a new Olympic record 3:53.11 to destroy a 30-year old one and also become only the second woman to defend her 1500m Olympic.

Kenya still has hopes of bagging four other Gold medals in Men's and Women's Marathon finals, Women's 10000m finals and Men's 1500m final.

In Women's 10000m final kenya will be represented by two athletes Hellen obiri and Cheptai Irine. In Men's 1500m final kenya will have Abel kipsang and Cheruiyot Timothy.

In Men's Marathon we have World record holder Eliud kipchoge, kpruto and cherono and in Women's Marathon we Kosgei, Jepchichir and Maslova

In Women's 10000m all eyes will be on Hellen obiri while Men's Marathon final Kipchoge will be the man to watch.

Kenya will be hoping to take the remaining four Gold medals and put its total in Tokyo Olympics to six Gold medals.

Tokyo has been really tough but we wish the remaining champions all the best.
