For the past few months, Chelsea Football Club has been on the radar by most billioniers seeking to take over the club. This came after the UK government sanctioned Chelsea due to Roman Abramovic being a close allie to the Russian president who is currently going on with Ukraine invasion.
Abramovic has therefore issued a statement concerning Chelsea's situation.Since the sanctions imposed on him, his team has identified top UN officials and other organizations who will try and find out the best possible solution concerning the situation.Rumors have been going around alleging that Abramovic has asked for loan to be paid to him even before a solution is to be settled on.He has, however, dismissed the claims since he is not and has never been in charge of the funds on the sale of Chelsea.
He has also not changed his stand on the sale since his initial announcement and he therefore ramains committed to finding a good custodian for Chelsea Football Club and making sure the proceeds go to good causes.
Well, lets wait and see what transpires!
