The government of Kenya has moved to suspend all footballing activities in the country after FIFA ratified the suspension on national football teams. The move has indefinitely suspended Kenya premier league games ,national super league and other leagues in the nation. It is a huge blow to football investors, players and fans all together. According to a former football striker Bonface Ambani, Kenyans should avoid the activities since it will cost them ten thousand shillings (10000=/) and a six months jail.

Most of the teams and players will he affected especially those who depend on the game to pay their workers. The good news is that Kenyan players have continued to secure big deals abroad with the latest being Collins Shichenje who has been unveiled by AIK. He has joined his fellow Kenyans Eric Ouma and Henry Meja in the Swedish allavaskan side. Shichenje put pen to paper on a four years contract. We wish him all the best ahead.
