DBA Africa, A Major Sponsor To Ferdinand Omanyala Cut Ties With The Famous Splinter

Sports management company, DBA Africa, has cut lies with Kenyan athlete Ferdinand Omurwa Omanyala.

As per a public statement dated Monday, September 27, DBA Africa, said that it was disassociating with the splinter who has drawn in global attention. The company, in its assertion, featured its vital job in empowering the athlete contend in local, continental and international championships including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games that pushed him to fame.

"We are glad to have played an enormous part in empowering him to contend around the continent resulting to accomplishing four qualifying times for the Tokyo Olympic Games and accomplishing numerous national records and personal best," read part of the assertion.

Addressing Kenyans.co.ke on telephone, DBA Africa said it ended its engagement with the athlete owing to various value sets represented by each group.

"Indeed, we have parted ways with Omanyala. We don't share the same values, co-values, and vision," one of the agents from DBA Africa expressed. The athlete, in the recent past, has been the talk of the town because of his record-breaking pace in various competitions.

As of late, he broke the continental record during the Kip Keino classic when he clocked in at 9.77 seconds, barely 0.01 seconds short of American Trayvon Bromell.

To the victor goes the spoils as Omanyala was gifted a brand-new Toyota Harrier just as Ksh1.5 million by a betting firm.
