ThreeUK, a mobile device network provider agreed a deal to become the main kit sponsors for Chelsea football club. The deal was worth £200 million and after it was signed, the ThreeUK logo was printed on Chelsea kits and also displayed in Stamford Bridge. The deal is yet to expire but the giant company has asked Chelsea to temporarily suspend their contract.
They have also requested that Chelsea remove their logo from their kits and around Stamford Bridge. This is after Roman Abramovich, the Chelsea boss was sanctioned by the UK government. Chelsea fans took to social media to protest the decision by the service provider.
Badly rating their services on social media, ThreeUK overall rating decreased. Three UK profile page was also temporarily suspend by trustpilot following the increased review due to their announcement. One Chelsea fans recorded himself dismantling and throwing a Three UK network router in the dustbin after Chelsea's victory. Here is a link to the video,
