Injuries in sports have always been a major impediment to players' careers. Great players have suffered and continue to suffer injuries that have slowed their impressive growth. Consider the tragic fall of Eden Hazard.

1.Jack Wilshere.

4.Abou Diaby.

Diaby's dribbling skills, which allowed him to initiate attacks from deep within a team's own half, were every manager's dream. In his first three years under Arsene Wenger, he appeared in just 39 games.

5.Marco Reus.

The long-serving Borussia Dortmund player has been in and out of squads, but his talent is undeniable.
