Perhaps, he stated that he is proud of Angela Tanui too for breaking the Amsterdam Marathon course Record. He confirmed that as a nation, they salute them and associate with their landmark victory.His post attracted several comments from Kenyans, majority of them joined DP Ruto in Congratulating the two Kenyans athletes for the sterling performance. They further stated that the two will remain as a source of inspiration to the young athletes in Kenya and the rest of the world.
