Why Today's Clash Between Harambee Stars And Comoros Is A Do Or Die Match For Kenya

International football is here with us. Today at 7pm Kenya's Harambee stars take on Comoros islands in an Africa cup of Nations qualifying clash at Kasarani stadium.

Kenya is in group G together with Egypt, Comoros and Togo with all the teams having played two games each.

Comoros are the current group leaders with four points with Egypt and Kenya tying up in position two with two points and Togo is at the bottom of the group with a single point.

With only four games left for each team meaning only 12 points are up for grabs. Though others might disagree, my opinion is that Kenya is on the brink of elimination as only the best two qualify.

Kenya lost two points at home when Togo held them to a 1-1 draw. Togo are the last in the group meaning most if not all will grab three points when they face them.

If we we fail to take home all the 3 points and Egypt beats Togo, then we stand no chance of progressing. This is a do or die affair for Kenya.
